Do I need to be a Dongee customer?
Yes. Dongee AI Router is activated from your client area. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one in minutes.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You only pay for usage, deducted from your prepaid balance.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Requests stop until you top up. No debt is created and there are no automatic charges without your authorization.
Does it work with my current code?
If it uses the OpenAI API or a compatible library, you change the base URL and the key.
Can I use a key in the browser?
We don't recommend it. Anyone could see it and use your balance. Keep keys on the server and limit each one to the models it needs.
Do you store my conversations?
No. We only log the billing data of each request, never its content.
How do I know how much I've spent?
In your client area: usage by model, by key and details of every request.
